DESCRIPTION:Ink Work Mandala Workshop Sat 27th Feb 2021\nSaturday 27th Feb 2021 1.30 – 4pm\nMandala Workshop Saturday 27th Feb\n1.30 – 4pm\nJoin me for my ink work mandala workshop Sat 27th Feb 2021 and find a new way to create your own mindfulness. \nDo you find it hard to meditate\, to sit in your own space…..I did\, I tried meditation for so long but each time my head would fill with thoughts of shopping\, bills to pay or where I needed to be.  Then I found the mandala and all its beauty.  Whilst creating mandalas\, minutes turn into hours and before you know it you will have been totally immersed in creating for hours.  Not a thought lost anywhere else but inside your own creating. \nGive yourself the gift of time\, an opportunity to slow down in mind and body\, shut off the business of the day and rest. \nJoin me for my workshop at my home studio in Bridgewater\, just 10mins from the bottom of the Freeway. Whether you are experienced or a total beginner there is something to learn in my workshops. \nMy workshops are a small intimate group (max 12)\, where I take you through what is behind creating a wonderful mandala\, the intention needed to create and the importance of slowing down. \nCome alone or bring a friend and enjoy a glass of wine\, sparkling water and nibbles whilst finding space to delve into your own creations. \n\n\nOne hour zoom workshops are available for follow up classes if you need help finishing\, BOOK HERE \n\n\nClass size 12 pax \n\nI will be teaching mandalas working on the grid system\nComplete beginners to advanced\nVenue – Home studio in Bridgewater\, Adelaide Hills\nDuration – 2.5 hours\nWhat to bring – Nothing but your creativity\nTime – Both day and evenings are available\nTake home – Created art\nGlass of wine and nibbles\n$75.00\n\n\n
