We are excited to be able to offer you an intimate 1/2 Day Wellness Retreat 13th Feb with Cathy Gray, Sarah Fleetwood and Melissa Kate in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
Give yourself the afternoon to slow down, unwind and reconnect with yourself. Nourish your soul with movement, meditation, inner health and creativity.
Allow us to hold space for you to become present in the moment and check in with what is most important to you.

Setting the space, Sarah will lead you through a gentle afternoon flow of movement and meditation to relax the mind and body. Suitable for all fitness levels and capabilities.
Mel will broaden your knowledge and understanding of how simple it is to nourish your body with wholefoods and the power they have to assist your natural healing abilities.
And tap into your creativity as Cathy guides you through the process of designing your very own mandala. You will meet a place where the ease and lightness from the afternoon will allow a natural flow onto the paper no matter what artistic ability you have.
There will be light nutritious plant based lunch available.

Sarah is a self love & self worth coach passionate about helping women own who they are unapologetically. She has been in the health and wellness industry for over 12 years, is a registered exercise professional, Pilates & Yoga (vinyasa) Instructor, Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, Hypnotherapy & an Insight Timer meditation teacher. Mel is a holistic lifestyle coach and detoxing specialist, focusing on using wholefoods to heal your mind and body and utilising the ancient art of Iridology and Sclerology to ‘see’ what the body is really trying to tell us. She is a qualified Yoga Instructor, Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy & Hypnotherapy. Cathy is a talented full-time artist, who has been teaching mandala art for the last 6 years. She specialises in intricate mandalas with some of her spectacular pieces taking up to 250 hours. Cathy is passionate about teaching others how to create beautiful mandala pieces with the focus on wellbeing and offering art therapy for both mindfulness and relaxation.
