Join me for my ink work mandala workshop Sat 15th May 2021 and find a new way to create your own mindfulness.
Do you find it hard to meditate, to sit in your own space…..I did, I tried meditation for so long but each time my head would fill with thoughts of shopping, bills to pay or where I needed to be. Then I found the mandala and all its beauty. Whilst creating mandalas, minutes turn into hours and before you know it you will have been totally immersed in creating for hours. Not a thought lost anywhere else but inside your own creating.
Give yourself the gift of time, an opportunity to slow down in mind and body, shut off the business of the day and rest.
Join me for my workshop at my home studio in Bridgewater, just 10mins from the bottom of the Freeway. Whether you are experienced or a total beginner there is something to learn in my workshops.
My workshops are a small intimate group (max 12), where I take you through what is behind creating a wonderful mandala, the intention needed to create and the importance of slowing down.
Come alone or bring a friend and enjoy a glass of wine, sparkling water and nibbles whilst finding space to delve into your own creations.
One hour zoom workshops are available for follow up classes if you need help finishing, BOOK HERE
